Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. All pricing shown is in New Zealand Dollars including GST. GST (Goods and Services Tax) at 15% is included within the price at the checkout when payment is being made. Payments from customers outside of New Zealand are required to pay by Credit Card in New Zealand Dollars. We do not accept any other currency and your purchase can only be deliver to an address in New Zealand. Your credit card issuer may apply charges for currency conversion. NZ will not cover the cost of these charges or accept responsibility for any currency conversion charges.   

Payment

Goods will only be charged to your monthly account once your order has been placed with Filterpro. We accept Visa / Mastercard and Internet Payments. Please note, your card information is not disclosed to any other party.

Freight Cost

Freight will be calculated and applied to your order before goods are shipped out. 

Delivery

Filterpro will deliver packages (within New Zealand) door to door using NZ Couriers or other Courier companies which are an overnight service anywhere in NZ. If the address is Rural Delivery you may need to add an extra 2-3 days. Track and Trace is standard for all packages. All packages are targeted for delivery between 1 - 2 working days. Unfortunately, packages maybe delayed by Couriers, so please email us first and we will get you information regarding your package.

Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you have ordered, please email us immediately at sales@filterpro.co.nz  and let us know the reasons for your dissatisfaction. If you return your order to us within ten days of receipt, unused, with the goods undamaged and in their original packaging, we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange the goods for another item.

All goods returned will incur a 15% re-stocking fee.

Please Note:

  • Filterpro will not refund your return freight costs.
  • Filterpro will only accept goods returned with prior notification through correspondence with our sales department at sales@filterpro.co.nz
  • Filterpro can only accept items returned if they are within their original packaging.
  • The original invoice must accompany the returned package.
  • Filterpro will not accept returns from countries outside New Zealand.
  • All returned goods must be sent to Filterpro.
  • Shipping and/or delivery charges will not be refunded.
  • Filterpro will not accept returns for any item that has been used.
  • Filterpro cannot guarantee that we will be willing to accept the item for return or exchange if you do not contact us via email within ten days of receiving your goods.
  • Filterpro strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached packaging or tags.
  • All goods must be checked on arrival and if damage on delivery we must be notified of this immediately.

Exchange Policy

Please note each item purchased is quality control checked prior to being sent out.

In the event of an exchange, items are subject to product availability. The customer will incur any shipping costs for returning items to be exchanged. We can only exchange subject to our stock availability. All exchange enquiries can be made by contacting sales@filterpro.co.nz with EXCHANGE in your subject heading. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received (within ten days) and undergone a quality control check back at head office. Please be aware that you will incur an additional freight charge for the delivery of the replacement item.

Receiving a Refund

Once your package has been returned to us within the above stated time frame, unless otherwise authorized by the Directors at Filterpro Limited, we will begin to process your refund request. Each item will undergo a quality control check and once verified, your refund will be processed in the original payment format as your purchase was made within 30 days of the date of us receiving the goods. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card including GST, excluding courier charges and incurring a 15% re-stocking fee. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your bank institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account once they have received the information from Filterpro.

Please note: if we receive your return in a condition which we feel is not fit for exchange or refund we shall get in touch with you to discuss next steps. Filterpro reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only items which Filterpro can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange.

Goods received outside the timeframe outlined above may not be eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise arranged with and agreed to by Filterpro.

New Zealand Law

Any goods supplied or sold by Filterpro, are sold or supplied under contract of New Zealand Law. The Laws of sale and contract by any other country do not apply.

Privacy

The personal information supplied to Filterpro Limited will be stored by Filterpro on a secure server. All information is encrypted whilst in transit. Filterpro will not share your personal information with any other third party. Whilst all care is taken to offer a secure system we cannot provide a 100% guaranteed secure system. Please note, the information you provide is provided at your own risk.
